We are the Asociación para la Gestión de Asuntos de las Comunidades Negras, Afrocolombianas, Raizales y Palenqueras “Raíces Afro”, a community organization born from the commitment to preserve our identity, strengthen our roots and promote recognition of ethnic and cultural diversity in Colombia.
Our work focuses on defending rights, building opportunities and driving processes that bring dignity to the lives of our communities, from a vision of a fairer, more equitable and more inclusive future.
